The ECO-DE® spinning bike ECO-820 Panther offers a complete workout that improves your cardiovascular and respiratory system, burns calories, eliminates fat and increases muscle tone and helps maintain  a steady heart rate. There is also an emotional benefit (helps combat stress); improves metabolism and strengthens the muscles of the hips, buttocks, legs and calves.

Spinning is considered a full exercise: Aerobic and Cardiovascular.
All spinning bikes have some sort of braking in order to increase the resistance of the movement of the flywheel. These resistors are normally brake shoe and pressure.

In this model the resistance is controled by a thread regulating the resistance needed by the wheel.
Includes LCD panel, belt, brake system competition, triathlon handlebars, saddle adjustable in length and height for user comfort.

Fixed pinion system, aluminum pedals with toe piece and water bottle included. It also incorporates stabilizers and wheels for easy movement.
