With the treadmill ECO-DE® you would do at
home one of the best exercise for your health; walk.
The advantages of the treadmill are numerous:

Plug into the appropriate power source, place the
magnet device emergency in place in the Control
Panel and press the power switch located on the
bottom rear of the machine. (Behind the tape base).
Press repeatedly the MODE button to choose the
type of training based on:
1. Time:10, 20 or 30 minutes.
2. Speed: 1-10 km/h
3. Program: 0, 1, 2 y 3.
Press + or - SPEED buttons to move between the
different options.
